This Week’s Message
Welcome back! We hope you enjoyed
the extended weekend and the family fun day. The coordinators would like to
issue a big THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS as we wrap up this year’s section of
the self-study. We appreciate the time and effort put into this as you continue
your busy teaching schedule.
Remember to pay close attention to
calendars and planning, with many extended weekends we only have one full week of school this term between now the Semester Exams. Please plan in order to get all instruction and assessment fit
smoothly into this broken up term.

Extended Tutor Time Fri
Pak Z and Ibu Ingrid have arranged curricular and learning
activities for the extended tutor times on Fridays. The work they have done
includes unit plans that cover the whole semester. Thank you for all the tutor
teachers that work with the students to deliver these programs.

The Final IB exam is starting this week on Friday 28th
May 2017 at 1 pm. The students do not have their regular class this week, but
they can come to school if they need help from you or if they want to learn in
a group. They have been told to make an appointment before meeting you.
Kindly check the exam invigilation schedule and a
reminder from Ibu Widy that will be sent every day in the morning. It is highly
appreciated f you can come 5 minutes before your invigilation time.

Some important things to keep in mind as you plan for Term 4 assessments:
Students
in a subject specific year level share the same summative tasks for a unit
Summative
assessments and due dates are posted on Managebac before the due date
Assignments
should be set on MB to be due during class meeting times
Results will be posted on
Managebac gradebook within 10 business days
