It was a fully loaded week last week with the NHD presentation, Personal Project Exhibition, and Mock exam preparation. It continues this week with the Grading of Personal Project and Mock Exams.

MONDAY Period 7

YLM Take a Stand intro

PD and COLLABORATIVE MEETING

Monday and Weds Assessment PP Standardization. Meet with teams. See information from team leaders and coordinators.

Please do not share grading information with students

We have this Monday and Weds reserved for professional time to complete this. Please have grades entered into the IB office by Fri Feb 17. 

Grades will be given back to the students on the F3 forms in Mid March. Students are being told that it is being graded by their supervisor and a team of 3 teachers, they are not being told who the teachers are.

Year 12 Mock Exam

Year 12 is having their Mock Exam starting on 30 January - 10 February 2017 so they will not be in their normal classes. Kindly read the invigilation schedule carefully and please aim to be in the exam room 5 minutes earlier. Any question feel free to address it to Ibu Vica or Widy.

After the meeting on Weds Jan 25

1.      See students work at the exhibition Thursday 26
2.      Get a hard copy of student’s work from IB office. Each student submitted 3 copies
         Sign the form in the IB office when you take the copy so we know it was taken
3.      Make notes on achievement level for YOUR Personal Project Student. Review the other students in    your grading group to be familiar with them.

During Standardization meeting  Mon Jan 30, Weds Feb 1,

1.      Share your notes on YOUR students with the group. 
2.      Come to agreement on the level and why
3.      Record on the F3

      Please do not share grading information with students

After Standardization meeting

1.      The leaders should submit the F3 forms on MB Groups  “10 Personal Project 2016 - 2017 “
   Click on “View Files” then F3 form, Then the class folder.


2.      Please have all F3 forms uploaded to MB groups by Fri Feb 17
