The Semester 1 reports are out. Thank you for your efforts, and welcome to the second half of the year. We are hitting the ground running with Personal Project, Mock Exams, and more.

NHD Monday
Year 8 and 9 students have no regular classes.
Those who teach Year 7 period 4, please take attendance, and escort the students to NHD in the Theater Foyer
Personal Project Exhibition, Thursday 26.
Regular classes for Year 10 period 1 and 2. Then students go to set up
Grade 9 classes will visit Lesson 4. If you teach Grade 9. please take attendance, then escort your class to the exhibition in the Theater Foyer.

clarification on p 12-20 of the Teacher Companion.

Familiarize yourself with the Student Report for
standardization.

Have notes ready on achievement levels
During the meeting Weds Jan 25

Review of goals and teams (10 minutes)

Share notes on achievement, record rough draft
on F 3 form (30 minutes)

Report back, review of Final grades for this
report from last year’s moderation

Plan where to meet next week, plan for grading

Get a hard copy of student’s work from IB
office. Each student submitted 3 copies
Sign the form in the IB office when you take the
copy so we know it was taken

Make notes on achievement level for YOUR
Personal Project Student. Review the other students in your grading group to be
familiar with them.
