Hi all, 

Before you scroll down for the next two-week event schedule, I just wanted to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH, for all of your work for Personal Projects moderation. Also, thank you for all the inputs and suggestions for next year PP that you have shared with Ibu Popy and I. We strive to do a better PP for next year based on all of those suggestions. Now, back to our regular schedule. 

Below is the schedule for any events in the upcoming two weeks.

Year 7: Assembly Preparation

  • Horizontal planning cycle will continue every Wednesday after school. We will start next Wednesday, 20 February with the year 10 teachers. Agenda of the HP will be sent directly to teachers involved. 

  • The year 10 subject selection counselling have started and will continue until February 28. Students have been informed of their schedule, and they should inform their teachers if they have a counselling session. Students coming in late after the counselling session will have a counsellor slip given to them. 

  • For subject selection, after the year 10 students finished their counselling, they will start approaching teachers to ask for approval for their selected subjects. The final application will be submitted on Wednesday, March 20. 

  • MUN Qatar -- 4, year 11, students will be leaving for MUN Qatar from 21 -25 February. The students have been informed that they need to have a signed form, stating that teachers are aware of their activity and are releasing them from class. The students are: 
    • Aarya Sinha 
    • Kinanthi Larasati 
    • Naomi Reza 
    • Rafa Khalila Putri Naira 

  • There will be an MYP Parents meeting on the morning of Wednesday, February 27. If you happen to see a lost looking parents on that day, please guide them to the theatre. 

  • Rugged Warrior Race and FFD -- The race will start at 7 am the latest. It will then be continued with the annual Family Fun Day organised by the PTA. Please come by and enjoy some good food and good music. 

  • Comments for DP needs to be submitted to HoD starting March 1, please don't forget to check your comments through Grammarly and your designated proofreader.
